Thanks to its superior resistance to UV radiation, ozone and weather conditions, EPDM sponge is one of the most preferred sponge materials for outdoor sealing applications. Its closed-cell or semi-closed-cell structure provides an ideal balance between resistance to water and moisture and mechanical flexibility, making EPDM sponge particularly suitable for exterior façade applications and industrial cover gaskets.
Self-Adhesive EPDM Sponge Strip: A type equipped with single-sided acrylic adhesive tape that provides fast and permanent installation for door and window seals and panel joints. The acrylic adhesive layer maintains its bonding performance even during long-term outdoor use.
Non-Adhesive EPDM Sponge Strip/Sheet: Raw sheet material suitable for cutting and fabrication processes and intended for applications requiring mechanical fastening with screws, clips or frames.
Different Density Options: Cellular structures available in soft, medium and hard densities, approximately between 60 and 150 kg/m³, selected according to compression load and recovery requirements.
